Dallas J. Pelly Sr.

Funeral services will be held for Dallas J. Pelly Sr., 86, on Saturday, Nov. 28, at 11 a.m. at Duhon Funeral Home, LLC, Chapel - Crowley with Pastor Mark Broussard officiating.
Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 27, from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m., and will resume on Saturday at 8 a.m. until just prior to the time of service.
Interment will follow the chapel service and will be in Indian Bayou Methodist Cemetery in Indian Bayou.
Mr. Pelly passed away at his home in Crowley on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015.
Mr. Pelly is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Mildred “Millie” Broussard Pelly of Crowley; sons, Leonard Pelly and wife Audrey of Woodville, Texas, Jeff Pelly and husband Bill Hufnagle of Easthampton, Massachusetts, and Dallas “D.J.” Pelly Jr. and wife Mary Leleux Pelly of Crowley; grandchildren, Chris Pelly, Joseph Lee Pelly, Stacey Pelly Kurt and husband Collin, Deanna Pelly and Dallas Allen Pelly; five great-grandchildren; and brother, Lawson “Boss” Pelly and his wife Ellen of Vidor, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elphage Pelly and Edna Guidry Pelly; and two sisters, Della Pelly Mott and Nina Pelly Prejean.
