Earnest Lee Cormier Jr.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 9, 2016, at 11 a.m. at House of Prayer (920 Harrison St., Westlake) for Earnest Lee Cormier Jr., 54, who died at his residence. Burial will also be in Westlake.
Earnest was a cook at Ryan’s at the time of his illness. He loved to cook.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 9, from 8 a.m. until service time.
Earnest is survived by his parents, Earnest and Helen Cormier of Crowley; his wife, Gwen Joubert Cormier; one son, Antoine Taylor of Florida; two daughters, Renee Cormier and Helisha Cormier of Lake Charles; and six grandchildren. He is also survived by four brothers, Nathan (Edity) Cormier of Crowley, Brian (Ramona) Cormier of Crowley, Julian (Josette) Cormier of South Carolina and Quentin (Ravonne) Cormier of El Paso, Texas; and two sisters Allegra (Anthony) Plummier of Rayne and Sandra Wilson of Crowley.
