Elizabeth Joyce Geer Regan

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, at St. Michael Chapel in Egan for Elizabeth Joyce Geer Regan, 68, who died Dec. 12, 2015, in Lafayette.
Fr. Jude Thierry, pastor of St. Michael Chapel, will be officiating with Deacon Dan Besse assisting. The family is requesting visiting hours to be held Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home in Crowley. A rosary will be led by Deacon Besse at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Interment will be in Sensat Cemetery in Egan.
She is survived by one daughter, Julie Ann Regan and fiancé Cory Henry of Lafayette; three sons, James Richard Regan Jr. and wife Celena of Egan, Joseph Leon Regan and wife Rachel of Egan and Johnathan Glen Regan of Winnfield; one sister, Debra Ann Geer Menchini of Montgomery, New York; two brothers, Glenn Lee Geer of Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania, and Robert Joseph Geer Sr. of Knox, Pennsylvania; eight grandchildren, Brice Michael Regan, Jarad Lynn Hoffpauir, Jennifer Ann LeDoux, Brooklynn Paige Regan, Joseph Leon Regan Jr., Benjamin James Regan, Khristian Eve LeDoux and Haley Theresa Regan; and one great-grandchild, Ja’laya Toriyale Provost.
Ms. Regan is preceded in death by her husband, James Richard Regan Sr.; two infant children; her parents, Ira Glenn and Josselin Boudreaux Geer; and two infant siblings.
Pallbearers will be Brice Regan, Benjamin Regan, Joe Regan, Jarad Hoffpauir, Bala Webb and Cory Henry.
Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Joseph Geer Jr., Michael Francis Geer, Jacob Ira Geer, Gerald Bernard Geer, Bela Laird Webb, Daniel Louis Menchini, Glenn Lee Geer Jr., and Anthony Brian Geer.
