Glenn W. “Moose” Edmundson
Glenn W. “Moose” Edmundson, 66, of Elizabeth Township, Pennslyvania, entered into eternal rest on May 22, 2014, at his residence. He was a 1965 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School and a 1969 graduate of Westminster College, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. He retired after 32 years as the asphalt plant supervisor as well as a scale operator from Riverlift Terminal in West Elizabeth. Glenn was born Aug. 29, 1947, in McKeesport, Pennslyvania, to the late Claude and Lucille Weddell Edmundson.
Glenn is survived by the love of his life, wife Linda Marie LeJeune Edmundson, to whom he was married for 15 years; two sons, John Edmundson of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and Stephen Edmundson of Lake Worth, Florida; his precious granddaughter, Ariana Faith Edmundson; one brother, Robert (Carol) Edmundson of Carroll Township, Pennsylvania; his sister, Lisa (Paul) Robertson of Reedville, Virginia; and numerous nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Matthews and Son Funeral Home in Jennings on Thursday, May 29, at 2 p.m. with Reverend Jimmy Broussard officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, May 28, from noon until 9 p.m. Visitation will resume on Thursday at 8 a.m. until the time of his funeral service.
Glenn will be laid to rest in Estherwood Memorial Cemetery in Estherwood.
Glenn now rests in Heaven with his parents, Claude and Lucille Edmundson.
