Jeffery Paul Mouton

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Duhon Funeral Home, LLC of Rayne for Jeffery Paul Mouton, 44 of Higginbotham.  Jeffery passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013 at his home in Higginbotham.

Pastor Berl Adams will be officiating for the services.  Burial will be in the Old Crowley Cemetery in Crowley.

The family is requesting the visitation to be held on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. then on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until the time of services.

Jeffery was a driver for James Alleman Towing, LLC of Lafayette.

Survivors include his wife, Cynthia A. Mouton of Higginbotham; four daughters, Tyra and husband, Charles Hammer of Higginbotham, Theresa and husband, Trace Jones of Lafayette, Ashley Leger of Crowley and Cassie and husband, Chad Villejoin of Crowley; four sons, Titus and wife, Shelly Meche of Church Point, Bryan Mouton and Marissa Navarre of Crowley, Trent and wife, Felicia Meche of Church Point and Dominick and wife, Jewel Mouton of Crowley; his mother, Barbara Cooper of Crowley; one brother, Christopher Mouton of Crowley; five sisters, Tina Magnon of Crowley, Patricia Cormier of Crowley, Crystal Seaux of Mire, Danielle Arcemont of Crowley and Renee’ Mouton of Walker;  eighteen grandchildren, Jasmine, Madison, Haylin, Layten, Kevin, Alyssa, Marrissa, Braylyn, Rylie, Brayden, Masyn, Rylie, Miya, Joseph, Gracie, Jessie, Dominick, Jr. and Drake.

Jeffery was preceded in death by his father, Dudley Mouton; one grand-daughter, Raylyn’ Mouton.
