Mary Ann Martin

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 13, at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Crowley for Mary Ann Martin, 75.

Fr. Godwin Imoru will officiate the services. Burial will follow in the South Crowley Cemetery.

The family has requested that visitation be held at the church Saturday, Dec. 13, from 8 a.m. until the time of the service. A rosary will be prayed at 9 a.m.

Mary Ann Martin was a lifetime member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. She was employed by the bus station in Crowley for many years and also worked at St. Michael’s School and worked at Ross Head Start School at the time of her retirement.

She is survived by two sons, Vernon Martin and Michael Martin, both of Crowley; three daughters, Paula Whittington of Houston, Texas, Diana Martin of Crowley and Linda Gaile Martin of Lafayette.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Junuis Joseph Martin, father, and Louise Dejean, mother; one daughter, Tracey Gaile Martin; two brothers, Donald Martin and Lester Martin; and five sisters, Vera Martin Comeaux, Jettie Martin Semien, Ethel Martin Jackson, Gloria Martin and Geraldine Tezeno.
