Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 15, at 8 p.m. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley for Tammy Lynn Tucker, 35, who passed away at her home on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016, at 8:57 p.m. in Morse.
Rev. Jimmy Broussard, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Crowley, will be officiating for the services.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Thursday, Sept. 15, at 9:30 a.m. until time of services in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis Tucker of Mermentau Cove; two daughters, Kelsey and husband Marvin Hanks of Morse and Sabrina Tucker of Mermentau Cove; two sons, Michael Tucker of Morse and Kenneth Tucker and finance Paytilyn Primeaux of Mermentau Cove; five grandchildren, Trinity Tucker of Conway, Arkansas, Natalie Tucker of Texarkana, Arkansas, Gracie Hanks of Morse, Anna Hanks of Morse and unborn grandchild, Kaison Tucker; her parents, Millie and stepfather Thomas Abshire of Mermentau Cove; her father, Thomas Richard of Charlotte, North Carolina; her maternal grandmother, Janet Hubbard of Blytheville, Arkansas; one sister, Janice and husband Brian Walker of Indianapolis; two brothers, Travis Abshire of Mermentau Cove and Lance and wife Heather Abshire of Crowley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Tammy was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Tom Hubbard; and her paternal grandparents, Ella Mae Richard and Joseph and Annie Abshire.
