Annie Simoneaux places at NCAA Nationals

Representing the LSU Women’s Track Team, former Rayne High School track standout Annie Simoneaux placed 10th in the javelin with a throw of 163-6 during last week’s 2015 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships held at historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon. Simoneaux qualified for Nationals by placing fifth at the SEC Championships held last month at Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS where she recorded her personal best throw of 165-6.
