Rayne High Student-Athletes Honored

A number of Rayne High senior student-athletes who participated in spring sports during the 2013-2014 school year were honored when Academic All-State Awards were presented.

Rayne High’s Taylor Arceneaux was awarded upon being named to the state’s 2013-2014 Composite Girls’ All-Academic Track Team for attaining a 4.0 GPA for her senior campaign in track.

Named to the 4-A Boys’ All-Academic Team was Rayne High’s Baron Beard with a 3.5714 GPA.

In baseball, Rayne High’s Kameron Falcon was named to the state’s 2013-2014 Composite Boys’ All-Academic Baseball Team for attaining a 4.0 GPA for his senior campaign in baseball.

Also named to the 4-A All-Academic Baseball Team was teammate Matthew Doré with a 3.9524 GPA.
