Rayne Summer All-Star action begins

All-star seaosn for the Rayne Recreation Department began over the weekend with a number of teams participating in area tournaments.
The Girl’s Pinto All-Stars traveled to Scott where they posted a 4-0 tally and won first place beating Kaplan Kayennes in the finals.
The Girl’s Mustang All-Stars also traveled to Scott and placed second with a 3-1 tally before falling to CSA of Youngsville.
In boy’s action, the Boy’s Pinto Americans traveled to Scott and posted a 4-1 finish for a first place finish. The Nationals traveled to the Brown Park Tournament where they posted a 4-1 tally for a second place finish.
In Boy’s Mustang action, the Americans went 2-2 and the Nationals was 1-2 at the Scott Tournament.
This weekend will see all the girl’s teams staying at Gossen Park in Rayne for a Rayne Recreation Department Tournament.
In boy’s action, all teams will tarvel to the Crowley Recreation Department Tournament.
