Acadia Sheriff's Office arrest two Eunice residents

Following an investigation conducted by deputies with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office, two Eunice residents were arrested after they were found to be in possession of a stolen Polaris Ranger that was reported stolen from a residence in the 5300 block of the Eunice Iota Hwy near Eunice on July 14th.

According to Acadia Parish Sheriff Wayne Melancon, deputies arrested James Neal Rozas, Jr. age 24, Eunice Iota Hwy, Eunice and charged him with obstruction of justice, possession of stolen things over $500 and criminal damage to property. He was placed in the Acadia Parish Jail with bond set at $7,000. A parole hold was also placed on Rozas by officials with the office of Louisiana Department of Probation and Parole.

Also arrested was Brittany Paige Manuel, age 21 of Eunice Iota Hwy, Eunice. She was charged with Accessory after the fact.
