Chief Stelly Releases Information on Search Warrant

On June 3, 2009, Officers with the Rayne Police Department, Acadia Sheriff’s Department and Probation and Parole executed a search warrant at the residence of Dwayne Breaux Sr, located at 509 Seventh Street

in Rayne, Louisiana. 

Dwayne “Simon” Breaux

The search warrant was a result of a long-term investigation of Dwayne Ramone Breaux AKA “Simon”.  As a result of the search warrant, Dwayne Breaux, B/M, Don 5/18/1978, 509 7th Street Rayne was arrested for Felony Possession of Marijuana, Financial transactions involving drug proceeds and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance.  Dwayne Breaux has an extensive criminal history with multiple drug related arrest.
