Hundley, Richard set to wed Jan. 8

Mr. and Mrs. James Patrick Hundley Sr. are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Margaret Mary to Phillip Wayne Richard, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Wayne Richard of Mire.
The couple will be wed on Friday, Jan. 8, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne. Msgr. Russell Harrington will officiate the 7 p.m. Nuptial Mass.
Grandparents of the bride-elect are the late Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Hundley of Mowata and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Cook Sr. of Rayne. Grandparents of the groom-elect are Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Fontenot of Mire and Mrs. Morgice Richard and the late Mr. Frank Richard of Mire.
The bride-elect graduated from Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish before earning a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. She is currently employed by the Acadia Parish School Board and has been a teacher at Mire Elementary for five years.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Rayne High School. He attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he was a member of the ULL Powerlifting Team. He is currently employed at Moss Motors.
