Marceaux, Richard wedding announced

Michael Marceaux of Mire and Tara Borde of Rayne are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Kerstin Marceaux of Rayne, to Jared Luke Richard of Rayne, son of Russell and Suzette Myers Richard of Rayne.
The June wedding will be held at The Manor in St. Martinville with Pastor Gary Funderburk of The Bayou Church officiating.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mary Ann Breaux Marceaux of Mermentau Cove and the late Oscar “Bobby” Marceaux, and of the late Gerald Borde Sr. and the late Sandra Morgan. She is a Rayne High School graduate and is presently employed at Bohn & Joseph Eye Center in Lafayette.
The prospective groom’s paternal grandparents are the late Dennis and Adia Richard. His maternal grandparents are the late Duford Myers and the late Frances “Pat C.” Myers. He is currently employed by JTD Services.
Following their wedding, the couple will reside in Rayne.
