Puissegur, Dearien set to wed Feb. 7

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Puissegur of Crowley are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Elise Marie Puissegur, to Cody Ewing Dearien, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Dearien of Sulphur.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Puissegur and Mr. and Mrs. John E. Hains, all of Crowley. 

Elise is a graduate of Academy of the Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau, Tulane University in New Orleans and the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans. She is presently an associate dentist at Puissegur Family Dentistry in Lafayette.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Ms. Marguerite Landry and the late Harold Landry, and the late Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Dearien, all of Sulphur.

Cody is a graduate of Sulphur High School and Kilgore College in Kilgore, Texas. He is currently employed as a corrosion specialist for Marathon Petroleum in Baton Rouge.

Msgr. Russell Harrington will unite the couple in holy matrimony on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, during a 1 p.m. ceremony at the Academy of the Sacred Heart chapel in Grand Coteau.
