CAA members ‘mad as hatters’

The Crowley Art Association held its annual Mad Hatters luncheon on Monday, July 14, at The Gallery in Crowley. Members participated by decorating and wearing “mad” hats, and prizes were awarded to those who made the best showing. Robert Baxter, CAA president, seated left, was on hand to congratulate winners Jean Gaspard (honorable mention), seated right; and, standing from left, Susie Baronet (third place), Carol Trahan (second place) and Paula Jacobi (first place). Mark Miller, with help from friend Malya Hoffpauir, judged the contest.
