Debs, Beaux presented at 39th Annual Cotillion/Beautillion

CROWLEY - The Crowley Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., held its 39th Annual Cotillion/Beautillion on Saturday, April 2, at the International Rice Festival Building in Crowley.
Crowned as this year’s queen was Shamirah Hollier, daughter of Louis and Sherita Hollier.
Her court included Brooklyn Johnson, first princess, and Kennedae Hollier, second princess.
Brooklyn is the daughter of Shameka Domino and Wayne Wildridge Jr. Kennedae is the daughter of Kira and Michael Meaux.
Nicholas Deville, son of Sherry Yokum and Albert “Butch” Deville, was named as king.
Gavin Walker, son of Janet Walker and Myron Williams, was named first prince.
Attendees were treated to a dazzling night of red-carpet elegance and style featuring the theme “Putting On The Glitz.”
Shreveport attorney Carlos Prudhomme, a native of Crowley, served as the event’s master of ceremonies.
