Little Miss Cecilia turns one during princess party

Little Miss Cecilia Ann Gagliano, daughter of Samuel and Leslee Gagliano, turned one year old on July 3, 2014, and was honored on Saturday, July 5, during a “Princess” party held at the home of her maternal grandparents, Darrell and Lisa Soileaux of Rayne.

Cecilia’s paternal grandparents are Paul and Linda Gagliano of Georgia.

Maternal great-grandparents are Lorraine and Robert Myers of Crowley, Jimmy and Peggy Smith of Rayne, Mr. and Mrs. Major Thompson of Georgia, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Gagliano of Alabama, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Elton Soileaux of Rayne.

The special celebration carried a “princess” theme, complete with princess and matching pink balloons, tablecloths and decorations noted throughout the patio area.

In addition to a variety of refreshments was a special “princess” amaretto birthday cake with buttercream frosting adorned with pink rosettes and a princess crown.

Party guests attended the special event from Rayne, Crowley, Mire and Texas, in addition to big brother Jude.
