Rayne High class of ‘69 gathers for 45-year reunion

RAYNE - In celebration of their 40th anniversary of their graduation from Rayne High School, the graduating class of 1969 gathered on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at Chef Roy’s Frog City Café for their class reunion.
A fall color theme was used for the banquet room decor as classmates and guests were welcomed for the special event.
Reunion committee members were Gerry Sherman, Ovena Savoie, Eurella Cahanin, Virginia Breaux, Georgette Prejean and Gloria Sanchez.
Approximately 30 classmates and their guests attended the reunion from numerous points of Louisiana, Texas and Colorado.
Classmates in attendance were Linda Breaux, Eurella DeRouen Cahanin, Donna Leger, Gloria Hebert Faul, Geraldine “Gerry” Doucet Foreman, Virginia Melancon Breaux, Judy Cooper Rhodes, Ovena LeJeune Savoie, Larry Hebert, Gerald Cormier, Rose Broussard Schexnider, Georgette Larriviere Prejean, JoAnn Duplechan Haley, Gloria Breaux Sanchez, Donald Credeur, Linda Credeur Faul, Calvin Ashire, Norman Trahan, Louie Cook, Percy J.
