Building inspector lists July building permits

Rayne Building Inspector Mark Daigle reports a total of five building permits were issued during July. New home and commercial values were set at $300,000, while remodel permits were set at $41,000. Permit totals were $750.
Permits were issued to James LaBauve, 808 W. Perrodin, for a carport; Clark Builders, 1151 Church Point Hwy., Farm Bureau; America’s Best Signs, 815 The Boulevard, for a sign; Ray Rinardo Home Improvements, 1419 The Boulevard, renovations; and James Broussard and Associates, future Nation Road plan review.
A/C and heating permits were issued to Bonnie Johnson, 1204 Margaret, and Loretta Figaro, 311 W. Harrop.
Electrical permits were issued to Bonnie Johnson, 1204 Margaret and Seller’s Electric, 308 Reynolds.
Plumbing permits were issued to DeRouen’s Plumbing, 1204 Margaret, and LeBlanc Plumbing, 815 The Boulevard. A gas permit was also issued to DeRouen’s Plumbing for 1204 Margaret.
Licenses were issued to DeRouen’s Plumbing and LeBlanc Plumbing, while a demolition permits was granted to Gary Matte at 119 American Legion.
Permit fees totaled $1,332.40.
