Gueydan church to host Vatican exhibit on Eucharist miracles
GUEYDAN - For Catholic around the world and members of the St. Peter Catholic Church the traveling Vatican International Exhibition is a hope to increase devotion to the Eucharist.
Gueydan’s St. Peter Catholic Church will be hosting the traveling Vatican International Exhibition “The Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist”. The exhibit will portray over 90 Vatican approved miracles.
It will consist of an assortment of photographs and historical descriptions. The exhibition presents some of the principal Eucharistic Miracles that took place throughout the ages in various countries of the world and which have been recognized by the Catholic Church. The exhibition has already visited well over 3000 parishes in Italy, the USA, Canada and in many other countries as well and has been translated into numerous languages.
A variety of miracles, including healings and visions, have been attributed to Eucharistic adoration.
