Roberts Cove museum plans beer stein display

The German Heritage Museum in Roberts Cove is planning to display beer steins during the 2015 Grmanfest
Area residents are being asked to lend their beer steins for this display. September 15 is the deadline to received the on-loan items.
Anyone wishing to display their beer steins are encouraged to call the Germanfest office at 337-334-8354, or museum co-curators Josie Thevis at 337-334-4713 or Dot Leger at 337-334-2252.
It was also announced the 2015 Germanfest will honor the families of Heinrich Joseph Achte,n, Arnold Jacobs, Johann Lambert adn Johann Peter Schlicher. Anyone with information or pictures of these four families is asked to contact the Germanfest officials.
