ACADIA ASSOCIATION OF EDUCATORS MAKES DONATION TO CROWLEY ART ASSOCIATION

The Acadia Association of Educators recently made a donation to the Crowley Art Association (CAA) for use in implementing its “Creative Youth of Acadia Parish” art program for students attending Acadia Parish Public Schools. On hand for the check presentation were, from left, Robert Baxter, CAA president; Rosslyn Moore, CAA member and program coordinator; Mona M. Prudhomme, treasurer of the Acadia Association of Educators; and Susie Baronet, coordinator at The Gallery. Program applications are available at all Acadia Parish public schools, and interested parents and students are encouraged to complete them and return them to their school offices no later than Nov. 1.
