Schools open in Acadia Thursday

UPDATE: Rayne Catholic is confirmed to be open Thursday, Jan. 30

Acadia Parish public schools will be open Thursday, Jan. 30.

The following was stressed in regards to schools reopening:

- Absences will be excused if they are road condition related.

- Bus drivers are being instructed to skip roads they believe are not safe to travel.

Also opened as of this time Thursday:

- Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish
