Joseph “Joey” Edward Florey

 
Joseph “Joey” Edward Florey, 52, formerly from Alabama and Florida has been living in Rayne for the past 20 years.
He has no surviving relatives, but is survived by dear friend and caretaker Alberta Dugas and family of Duson and extended family Anatole, Ella Mae, Johnny, Jeremy, and Brad Thibodeaux and the late Emery Thibodeaux all of Lafayette. Marilyn and Rollie Wilson of Cassoday, Kansas, and Sheila Horten of El Dorado, Kansas. Special friends and neighbors Judy LaCroix and the late Rufus LaCroix of Rayne.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Florey; one son, Keith Florey; and one brother, Vincent Florey.
 Thanks to all his friends for your compassion and caring during Joey’s brief illness.
