CROWLEY  –– Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Northside Assembly of God, 809 North Eastern Ave., Crowley, LA, for Yahiirah Symone Charles, 6 months old, who died at 7:45 a.m. Sunday, June 22, 2014 at her residence in Rayne, LA.
Rev. Gerrod Morgan will celebrate the funeral services and the burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Crowley. Visitation may be observed on Saturday at the church from 8:00 a.m. until service time.
She is survived by her parents Jarvis Charles and Jaleesa Washington of Rayne; her twin brother, Nehemiah Charles; brothers and sisters, Ty’Reyion Washington, Jar’vion Charles, Jesiah Washington, Ja’Miracle Charles, Heaven Charles and  Ja’Laijah Charles all of Rayne, LA; maternal grandfather Willie Washington and his wife Cynthia of Crowley and her paternal great grandmother Ezora Charles of Rayne, LA.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Cynthia Evans Washington; paternal grandmother Cathy Marie Charles and her paternal grandfather Ernest Cormier, Jr.
