Shelton Bryan Monceaux

A gathering of family and friends for a celebration of the life of Shelton Bryan Monceaux, 65, will be held on Sunday, Sept. 7, at his home in Roberts Cove. Mr. Monceaux passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2014, at Lafayette General Hospital. 

He survived by his loving wife, Essie Fuselier  Monceaux of Roberts Cove; sons, Harry Lynn Monceaux of Egan and fiancee’ Charlotte Richard, Louis Bryan Monceaux and wife Shelly, also of Egan, and Ray William Monceaux and wife Kym of Maxie; daughter, Goldie  Marie Glenn and husband Mike of Egan; grandchildren, Logan Monceaux, Caitlyn Monceaux, Courtney Hooper, Lauren Monceaux, Emily Monceaux, Whitney Bishop, Cody Bishop, Jordan Monceaux and Skylar Hearn; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Ray Gene Monceaux and wife Joann of Egan and John William Monceaux, also of Egan; godchild, Roni Ann Monceaux; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Monceaux and Goldie Lorena Robinson Monceaux; brother, Guy Monceaux; and a godchild, Johanna Monceaux.
