Afternoon baby shower honors Amanda M. Miller

The hospitality room of The Best Western Hotel Rayne Inn formed the setting on Saturday, February 21, 2015, for a baby shower held in honor of Amanda M. Miller of Lafayette.
Amanda and her husband, Mickey, are expecting their first child on April 21, 2015.
The former Amanda Mire is the daughter of Randal and Cindy Mire of Mire, maternal grandparents-to-be.
Paternal grandparents-to-be are Pravate Miller of Grand Chenier and Phyllis LaFleur of Midland.
Serving as hostesses are Haley Cormier, Brooke Chiasson, Joni Smith, Linda Marks, Lindsey Duhon, Shauna Meche, Dina Bergeron, Nikki Bergeron, Sarah Buller, Kelli Buller, Sadie Buller, Meagan Sonnier Danley and Shelly Sonnier.
The afternoon courtesy carried a vintage Teddy Bear theme.
For the special occasion, Amanda wore a knee-length, short-sleeve dress in grey and white tones.
The maternal grandmother-to-be wore a black and grey dress topped with a black cardigan, while the paternal grandmother-to-be selected a two-piece pants suit of black and green.
Special guest in attendance was Bulsy Mire, honoree’s paternal grandmother.
