To repeat May wedding vows

Mr. & Mrs. Kevin Daigle of Rayne are announcing the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Heidi, to Carl Pettit, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Pettit of Lafayette. The couple will be married on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Rayne.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jacquelyn Wimberly Watson and the late Mr. Fred Earl Watson of Church Point, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John L. “King” Daigle of Rayne.
Heidi is a 2008 graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish in Crowley and attained a bachelor of science in exercise science at The University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2012. She will receive a master of science in occupational therapy in May from Louisiana State University Health Sceince Center.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Marion Cortez of Lafayette, Mrs. Barbara Pettit and the late Mr. Robert “Bob” Pettit of Lafayette.
Carl is a 2008 graduate of Lafayette High School and attained a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering at The University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2012.
