Lena Terro Guidry

Rayne –– Funeral services were held at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Buiral for Lena Terro Guidry, 90, who died Sunday, April 12, 2015, in Acadia General Hospital in Crowley, LA.
Interment was in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne, LA.
Surviving are two sons, Wallace P. Guidry, Jr., Jimmy Guidry and wife, Gussie, both Rayne; one step-son, Paul Guidry and wife, Karen, of Deer Park, TX; two daughters, Mildred Mire of Rayne, and Janelle Meche and husband, Earl, of Maurice; nineteen grandchildren; fifty-one great-grandchildren; fourteen great- great-grandchildren; and one brother, Beverly Terro of Branch.
She was preceded in death by husband, Wallace P. Guidry, Sr.; two grandsons, Craig Guidry and Glenn Mire; one granddaughter, Michelle Guidry; one great-granddaughter, Katelyn Guidry; father, Eddie Terro; mother, Marcelete Richard Terro; one brother, Eries Terro; one sister, Gladys Scherr; one son-in-law, Leroy Mire; and one daughter-in-law, Viola Guidry.
A rosary was recited Monday, April 13, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. at Gossen Funeral Home in Rayne, LA.
Friends were received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA Monday, April 13, 2015, 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Tuesday, April 14, 2015, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
