Rayne, LA - Funeral services will be held at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel, Friday, April 17, 2015 at 11:30 am Mass of Christian Burial for Merida Hebert Richard , 88, who died Thursday, April 16, 2015 in Rayne Guest Nursing Home, in Rayne, LA.

Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne, LA.

Surviving are one daughter, Sybil Comeaux and husband Baverly of Rayne, one son, Larry Richard and wife Joyce of Rayne, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two sisters, Annie Cahanin and husband Leroy of Rayne, Dora Hebert of Prairie Rhone.

She was preceded in death by husband, Medria Richard, father, Adrius Hebert, mother, Josephine Meche Hebert, four brothers, Adam Hebert, Edward Hebert, Eli Hebert, Eddie Hebert, one sister, Eurella Lejeune.

Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne Thursday, April 16, 2015, 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm and Friday, April 17, 2015, 8:00 am until 11:30 am.
