June nuptials announced for Judice and Craton

Couple to be wed in evening ceremony at St. Joseph Catholic Church

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Judice of Rayne are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Lauren Merle, to Christopher John Craton, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Craton of Crowley.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Heather and Larry Garrett of Rayne and the late Wilma and Emery Judice.
Lauren is a graduate of Rayne High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education. She is currently employed as a first grade teacher at Martin Petitjean Elementary in Rayne.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Vivian B. Thibodeaux of Church Point and the late Sweeney J. Thibodeaux, and of the late Mr. and Mrs. James M. Craton.
Chris is a graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He is currently employed by Baker Hughes in Broussard.
Fr. Kendal Faulk will unite the couple in holy matrimony on Friday, June 12, during a 6 p.m. ceremony at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne.
Following their wedding, the couple will reside in Rayne.
