Joseph “Joe” Verley LeBlanc

Rayne - Memorial services will be held at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, April 2, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. for Joseph “Joe” Verley LeBlanc, 20, who died Wednesday, March 30, 2016.
Surviving are parents, Duane and Anna Hoffpauir LeBlanc of Rayne; two sisters, April Thompson of Lafayette, and Madilyn LeBlanc of Rayne; one brother, Ben LeBlanc of Lafayette; two nephews, Parker Thompson, and Ezra Suarez; maternal grandmother, Lula Hoffpauir of Rayne; paternal grandparents, Verley and Jeanette LeBlanc of Rayne; five aunts, Tina LeBlanc Wilfred, Gayle Hoffpauir Guillot, Judy Hoffpauir Richard, Kathy Hoffpauir Regan, and Mary Hoffpauir; and three uncles, Chet LeBlanc, Brent LeBlanc, and Scott LeBlanc.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Otis Hoffpauir; maternal great grandparents, Leonce and Lillian Borne; and paternal great--grandparents, Claby and Winnie LeBlanc
Joe never met a stranger. He had a big heart and he loved his nephews Parker and Ezra. He will be deeply missed.
Friends will be received Saturday, April 2, 2016, 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donation to be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
