Lucille Leleux Menard

Rayne, LA - Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11:00 at a Mass of Christian Burial for Lucille Leleux Menard, 89, who died Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Rayne Guest Home, Rayne, LA.

Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne, LA.

Surviving are one daughter, Mary Jane Menard Cormier and husband Gilbert of Rayne, four granddaughters, Susanne Cormier Vasseur of Mamou, Wendy Cormier Stelly and husband Gerald of Duson, Angela Cormier Fontenot and husband Michael of Scott, Dawn Cormier Ahlers of Rayne, Eleven great grandchildren, Ten great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Murphy Menard, father, Onizime Leleux, mother, Elia Bourque Leleux, one brother, Ronald Leleux, two sisters, Anita Leleux Thibodeaux, Delta Leleux Broussard.

Mrs. Lucille worked as a Sales Clerk for many years at Mervin Kahns Department store in Rayne. She was a long time member of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and Catholic Daughters of America.

A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 7, 2016 at Gossen Funeral Home, Rayne, LA.

Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA. Thursday, April 7, 2016, 10:00 am until 9:00 pm and Friday, April 8, 2016, 8:00 am until 10:30 am.
