Al Spell

Al Spell, 77, passed away peacefully Oct. 7, 2015, at Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, Arizona.
Al retired from the Navy as a supply chief, and supported the Navy afterwards both here and abroad. He also volunteered for over 35 years in the Lions Club.
He is survived by his wife Francisca; sisters Kelly and Georgie; brothers Harold (Bob) and Nick; daughter Becky; son David; and dogs Chevy and Wookie.
At his request, no services were held, however, friends, family, and acquaintances celebrated his life and memories as he would have wanted — with a Cajun gumbo feed and enchiladas at the local DAV.
He will be greatly missed.
