Lily Kahn Morrow

Graveside services were held on Friday, November 28, 2014, at 11:30 a.m. in Hebrew Rest Cemetery for Lily Kahn Morrow, 75, who died on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at her home in  Lafayette.
Rabbi Alex Kress, of Congregation Gates of Prayer in New Iberia, conducted the service.
She is survived by a host of loving friends and caregivers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Morrow; and her parents, Leo and Selma Levy Kahn.
Lily was the retired owner of Lily’s for Books in the Oil Center. She was a graduate of  the Academy of the Sacred Heart and received her degree in Sociology from St. Mary’s Dominican College in New Orleans. Lily was kind and generous to a fault. She will be deeply missed.
