Linda Jane Klumpp

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 5, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne for Linda Jane Klumpp, 72, who passed away at her home in Rayne surrounded by her family on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2015, at 7:55 p.m.
Fr. Samuel Fontana, associate pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church, will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in Reed’s Cemetery in Basile.
The family requested the visitation be held on Tuesday, Aug. 4, at 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. A Rosary was recited on Wednesday, Aug. 4, at 7 o’clock in the evening in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, Aug. 5, at 8 a.m. until time of services.
Survivors include two sisters, Lena K. Suire of Rayne and Anna K. Trahan of Duson; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Ms. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph John and Adia L. Klumpp; and three sisters, Hazel Klumpp, Mary Lee Guillory and Julia Rachel.
The family of Ms. Linda would like to send a heartfelt thank you to her caregivers that she has had through the years.
