Louise Collins

Funeral service will be held, Oct. 17, at 10 a.m. at Northside Assembly of God in Crowley for Louise Collins.
Louise Collins was born on March 7, 1936, to the late Enos Collins and the late Angelina Sam. Louise was a native of Crowley and a resident of Lafayette. On Oct. 9, 2015, the Lord decided that her earthly assignment was completed and sent his angles to carry her home to rest.
Louise leaves to cherish her memory daughters, Barbara (Charles) Onezine, Donna Collins (Jacoby) of Crowley, Katrina Collins of Lafayette and Signora (Kirt) Caroumche of Baltimore, Maryland; sons; Samuel Drake (Shelonda), Judson Collins and Eddie (Alexia) Collins, all of Crowley; step-children, Margaret Ann, April (Michael), Paul, Sammy and Bryan Drake, Marie Beverly, Lou Wilda Arceneaux, Shirley Wilson, Stephanie, Steven and Trevor Allen; two sisters, Calta Collins and Mary Harris of Lafayette; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Enos Collins and Angelina Sam; paternal grandparents; Victoria Lagrange and Claybert Collins; maternal grandparents; Louise Bergeron and Robert Deamond; two brothers, Elines Collins and Joseph Collins; and four children, Shelia, Jessie, Brenda and Raymond Collins.
Visitation will be observed between the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Northside Assembly of God on Oct. 17, in Crowley.
