Michael Keith Hanks

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, at the Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel for Michael Keith Hanks, 24, who died at 11:36 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, at the Acadia General Hospital.
Rev. Jason Corder, pastor of Forest Park Church of Christ, will conduct the funeral services. Visitation may be observed on Friday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. until service time.
Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery.
He is survived by his parents, Ronald and Stephanie Stewart Hanks of Crowley; a brother, Derek Hanks of Crowley; a sister, Chelsea Hanks of Crowley; maternal grandfather, Johnny Stewart of New Orleans; maternal grandmother, Elsie Hebert of Crowley; and his paternal grandfather, Donald Hanks of Crowley.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Allna Monceaux Hanks.
