Mrs. Roseanna Wilkins

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Opelousas, LA, for Ms. Roseanna Wilkins, 89, who entered eternal rest, Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Opelousas General Health System.
Interment will be in St. James Baptist Cemetery in Opelousas, LA. Pastor Ronald Freeman will officiate at the service.
Mrs. Wilkins is survived by her children, Callie Kennerson of Opelousas, LA and Willie Morgan, Jr. (Jo) of Crowley, LA; a sister, Nancy L. Jones of Pacoima, CA; a Godson, Johnny L. Mitchell of Crowley, LA; 4 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.
Mrs. Wilkins was preceded in death by her first husband, Willie Morgan, Sr.; her second husband, Vin Wilkins, Jr.; a son, Earl Donald Morgan; parents, Archie Dunbar & Callie Marymo Dunbar; seven brothers, Isaac, Lester, Claude, Randall, Samuel, Martin and George Dunbar; a sister, Mary Dunbar Cain and a grandson, Kenneth Wayne Morgan.
Visiting hours will observed from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Opelousas, LA.
