Ella Begnaud, front, won the Tri-Color Ribbon in the Children’s Division and was also named Jr. Chef. Shannon Dietz, back row second from left, was named Chef de Riz, and Diana Francis, back row third from left, was the Tri-Color winner in the Adult Division.
