Simoneaux Receives LSU Award

Following surgery and two years of rehab, LSU Track Team member Annie Simoneaux was honored during the 2015 LSU Track and Field Banquet last week with the Lejuan Simon Perseverance Award. Annie made her come back over the spring season when she place 10th at the NCAA Nationals and named 2nd Team All-American. Annie is a Rayne High School graduate where she was a track standout in the javelin. She is the daughter of Daphne and Peter Simoneaux. (Photo Submitted)
