Topekia Hollier

CROWLEY – Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 30, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Northside Assembly of God for Topekia Hollier, 27, who died Tuesday May 19, 2009 at her residence. Viewing will begin at 9 a.m. until the time of service.

Topekia Toriyale Hollier was born on September 21, 1981 to Cynthia Hollier and the late Ricky Anderson in Rayne, La. Topekia received Christ through baptism at St. Joseph Baptist Church. She was educated in the public school system and later enrolled at Louisiana Technical College to be a Certified Nursing Assistant.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her children; Zy’Kira Hollier, Ja’Tari Gordon, Trelesse Hollier, and Ty’Rell Williams all of Crowley; her mother Cynthia Hollier of Crowley; her fraternal grandmother Priscilia Anderson of Rayne; her godmother, Amelia M. Beverly of Crowley; her uncle, Richard Savoy (Sput); her sister Yashica Hollier (Kerry Williams) of Crowley; her brother Dominick Hollier (Kimberly Hollier) of Crowley; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She will truly be missed by her aunts Alberta Leger and Angela Cormier.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Anderson; her maternal grandmother, Lee Ethel Savoy; and her cousin Eric Beverly, Sr.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilturner Funeral Home in Crowley.
