During a recent traffic stop, Crowley Police arrested Antonio Brooks, left, and David Chaisson Jr., center. The two were charged with possession of crack cocaine and with outstanding warrants from the police department for possession with intent to distribute schedule I and schedule II narcotics.
In an unrelated incident, Brandel Moore, right, was arrested by authorities in Brazoria County, Texas, for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute codeine and monies derived from drug proceeds. He is, however, also wanted in Crowley on numerous warrants.
Brooks, Chaisson arrested after traffic stop
The Crowley Police Department booked or cited 23 individuals on several different charges between April 5 and April 13. They were:
LAFAYETTE – Thanks to DNA, a 56-year-old Rayne man has been linked to four Lafayette bank robberies, dating back to December 2013.
In three separate incidents, the Rayne Police Department recently arrested three individuals.
