Authorities seeking forger

Crimestoppers of Acadia Parish and the Rayne Police Department are seeking information on location of a woman wanted for check forgery.

Officers have two active arrest warrants for monetary instrument abuse (forgery) for Selena Marie Ellis. Ellis is a black female who is 34 years of age. Her last known address is 431 Marigold Loop in Lafayette. Bond has been set on Ellis at $15,000.
