Broussard, Landry set to wed Jan. 9

Mary Beth and Jason Broussard of Abbeville and Darlene and Joel Landry of Crowley are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Ellen Camille Broussard and Tyler James Landry, both of Abbeville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. O.J. Choate Jr., and of Carole Ann and Jerald “Lynn” Broussard of Abbeville. She is a 2013 graduate of Abbeville High School and is presently a student at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in education.
The grandparents of the prospective groom are Dean Gaspard and the late Andrus “ShuNeg” Gaspard and Norma and James Landry, all of Crowley. Tyler graduated from Crowley High School in 2007 before attending the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2012. He is currently employed by Shamrock Production Co.
The couple will be wed at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Abbeville.
Following their wedding they will reside in Abbeville.
