Christopher Domingue and Ching Wai “Crystal” Chan

Chan, Domingue engagement announced

Christopher Domingue and Ching Wai “Crystal” Chan, have announced their engagement and commitment to be married on Dec. 27 in Hong Kong.
Chris proposed marriage from the top of Mt. Fuji in Japan.
Crystal is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Chan of Hong Kong. She is a 2006 graduate of the Niagara Christian Community of Schools in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada, and studied hospitality management at the University of Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education. She is co-owner of her family’s restaurant chain and is also employed by The Hive in Hong Kong.
Christopher is the son of Lissa John and the late Tim Domingue of Spring, Texas. He is a 2005 graduate of St. Pius X Catholic High School in Houston and earned degrees in economics and Chinese from Trinity University. During that time, he also studied abroad at Tsinghua University in Beijing and Fudan University in Shanghai. He is employed by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Christopher is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward (Betty) John of Crowley and the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul (Anna Mae) Domingue of New Iberia.
Crystal is the granddaughter of the late Lui Sek Choi and Tong Sau Ying of Guang Dong, China, and Chan Yin Leung and Cheung Yuet Zit of Guang Dong, China.
