Habetz, LeBlanc set to wed Saturday, Nov. 28

Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Douget of Crowley and Mr. and Mrs. James Habetz Jr. of Jennings are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amanda Angelle Habetz of Lafayette, to Daniel Leander LeBlanc of Lafayette.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Hebert of Rayne and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Habetz Sr. of Crowley. She graduated from Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish in 2002 before earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2006. She is presently employed at Nexion Health.
The prospective groom is the son of Mr. Stephen LeBlanc and the late Ms. Linda Lemmon LeBlanc of Lafayette. He is the grandson of Mrs. Betty Lemmon of Lafayette and the late Mr. Edmund Lemmon, and of the late Mr. and Mrs. S.J. LeBlanc of New Iberia.
He is a 1999 graduate of Lafayette High School and is currently employed by Southern Field Services.
The couple will be wed on Saturday, Nov. 28, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne.
