Upon entering the church, guests were ushered to their seats by Ty Melancon Jr. and Anthony Cart.
The church entrance doors were adorned with circular wreaths of mixed flowers in peach and ivory. The altar was flanked by columns on which urns sat filled with large floral arrangements of mixed peach, blush and ivory flowers. The aisle was noted with pew markers, a clutch arrangement of ivory hydrangea, peach roses and blush roses tied with ivory satin ribbon. Ivory lanterns with candles burning were placed on the window sills for a candlelight ambiance.
Organist Kip Faulk and vocalist Sarah Kirksey provided the musical background for the bride’s entrance on the arm of her father.
Madeline wore an all-lace fit and flare wedding gown by Allure Bridal with details of intricate ivory lace stand out over a light gold satin lining. Enhancing the romance of the dress was a high illusion neckline with a scalloped lace back that featured openings with multiple keyhole button enclosures. The gown was finished with buttons from the waist into a semi-cathedral train with scalloped edge. The bride’s veil fell mid-length comprised of simple organza. Her bouquet was a collection of ivory roses, ivory majolica roses, dusty miller, white O’hara, and seeded eucalyptus gathered with ivory ribbon and highlighted with her maternal grandmother’s rosary and her maternal grandparents’ wedding rings.
Attending Madeline as maid of honor was Emily Anne Arceneaux. Bridesmaids were Tristen Duhon, Leah Gossen, Megan Doucet, Brittany David, Caroline Thevis, Andrea Foreman and Ally Kelly.
For her bridesmaids, Madeline selected an elegant Jenny Yoo dress in a blush luxe chiffon featuring a classic bateau neckline with fine vertical gathers radiating out from the center. The back neckline dropped into a deep “V” just above the inner bodice for a glamorous and feminine look. The waistline hit just above the natural waist with soft gathers in the skirt creating an “A” shape in the floor length dress. Each carried a bouquet of ivory hydrangea, peach roses, peach berries, peach stock, seeded eucalyptus, dusty miller and Ossiana ribbon.
Flower girl for the wedding was Ella Marie O’Meara, daughter of Patrick and Michelle O’Meara. She wore a darling ivory organza tea-length, full skirted, A-line dress. The dress was accented by an elegant blush pink satin bow, sash, and tails worn at the waist. Immediately following the wedding ceremony, the newlyweds were honored during a reception held at the Point Aux Loup Springs Ballroom in Iota. Welcoming guests were ivory lanterns that lined the outside sidewalk leading to the reception hall’s doorway which was decorated with arched grape vines with lights.
Upon entering, guests signed a wooden bench in honor of the couple, in addition to a wedding quilt made by the bride’s mother. Ivory lanterns lit up the reception hall windows, which gave a surrounding glow to pearl picture frames.
Guest tables were topped with elegant champagne linens and centered with large clear vases filled with ivory roses, ivory mojolica roses and seeded eucalyptus, each surrounded by candles.
A unique memory table was also noted which included pictures of family members who have passed away, along with a wedding picture the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Foreman, and the groom’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Loewer.

Victorian lace and ivory satin ribbon surrounded the bottom of each tier, along with a string of ivory buttercream pearls. Blush fresh roses were noted on the top and second layers. The cake sat atop a gold cake stand especially purchased for this occasion by the groom’s mother.
