Regan, Frugé set to wed Friday, June 12

 

Emily Claire Regan of Crowley and Scott Michael Frugé of Welsh have announced that they are engaged and committed to be wed on the evening of Friday, June 12.

Fr. Charles McMillin will officiate the 7 p.m. nuptials at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church in Jennings.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Anne and William Linus Regan of Crowley. She is the granddaughter of Mary Ann and Bernice Breaux of Rayne and the late Violet and Bernard Regan of Crowley. 

Emily is a graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish, the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She is presently employed as a physical therapist at The Therapy Center in Jennings.

The prospective groom is the son of Elizabeth and John Frugé of Welsh.

His maternal grandparents are the late Ruby and Claude Watkins of Welsh, and his paternal grandparents are Carolyn and Charles Frugé of Mermentau. Scott is a graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish and attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is currently employed as an MWD operator at MWD Services in Youngsville.

Following their wedding, the couple will reside in Crowley.
